I've done most of this work in the veterinary SaaS space, supporting both B2B and B2C analytics across enterprise clients and individual end users. This includes subscription funnel analysis, abandon rate tracking, and marketing site analytics across mobile app and desktop experiences. I'm comfortable owning data strategy end-to-end and translating complex findings into decisions non-technical stakeholders can act on.
Outside of data, I have a serious interest in film and the humanities, and I think the best analysts are people who can tell a story, not just build a query.
Designed and built a comprehensive ETL automation system that replaced thousands of hours of manual data processing annually. The pipeline standardized data flows across multiple source systems, enabling the analytics team to shift from maintenance work to strategic analysis.
Designed the KPI framework and tracking infrastructure that measured feature activation, engagement, and retention across the core product. Insights fed directly into roadmap decisions and growth strategy.
Led end-to-end implementation of Mixpanel across the core product at VetMedux. Built the event taxonomy, instrumentation plan, and dashboards now used daily by Sales, Marketing, Executive, and Product teams.
Architected automated data connection flows between Omeda, Salesforce, and internal SQL databases. Eliminated manual reconciliation and created a single reliable source of truth for audience and CRM data.
Built end-to-end campaign and subscription analytics covering paid media reporting, abandon rate tracking, marketing site performance, and Google Tag Manager instrumentation. Connected Google Ads and HubSpot data to product outcomes to surface conversion opportunities across the full funnel.
Built a custom relational database spanning 7 major awards shows and 2,400+ nomination records to analyze the predictive relationship between each ceremony and the Academy Award for Best Picture. Includes interactive visualizations and individual deep dives for each show.
Owned the full analytics lifecycle across three veterinary SaaS products (Plumb's, Standards of Care, and Clinicians Brief), each with mobile app and desktop versions. Built 1000s of dashboards across Klipfolio and Power BI, architected ETL automation saving thousands of man hours annually, and designed the adoption metrics framework that drove 5x product growth. Tracked cross-platform user behavior across mobile and desktop to inform feature prioritization and retention strategy. Leveraged Claude, Claude Code, and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate development workflows.
